Requirements to Earn the Badge
To receive the Leadership Foundations Badge, students must complete:
- 5 Catalyst workshops
- 1 full semester of Doerr Institute coaching (Activation or Synthesis)
- All program feedback surveys, used to measure your growth and improve the experience for future students
These requirements ensure that the badge reflects both skill-building and sustained engagement with leadership development over time.
