Leader Development at Rice
As a Crownover Scholarship finalist, you have been identified as a high-potential leader. To support your leader development and provide you with a glimpse of leader development opportunities at Rice, The Doerr Institute for New Leaders at Rice University is offering you complimentary access to an EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Emotional Intelligence Assessment and a 90-minute EQ-i debrief with a professional leadership coach, certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). EQ-i 2.0 is the world's leading measure of emotional intelligence.
Once you complete your EQ-i 2.0 assessment, you will be assigned a Doerr Institute leadership coach. You will then schedule a virtual 90-minute debrief at a time that fits your schedule to review your comprehensive report. During this debrief, you and your personal leadership coach will discuss your areas of strength and potential areas for development.
