Leading in Crisis
When uncertainty dominates, your influence comes from trust.
In this special edition module, you will learn five evidence-based principles that dominate when leader behavior is likely to influence the well-being or survival of followers. You will learn how to maximize your ability to lead in both professional and personal contexts like the current pandemic. You will be challenged to apply the principles in your own lives and analyze how current national, state, and local leadership are succeeding or failing by either building or diminishing trust among followers. After this module, you will be better prepared to lead in a crisis.
This module is facilitated by Tom Kolditz, Doerr Institute director.
