Leading as If Your Life Depended on It
When uncertainty dominates, your influence comes from trust.
In this module, you will learn five evidence-based principles that dominate when leader behavior is likely to influence the well-being or survival of followers. You will learn how to maximize your ability to lead in both professional and personal contexts like the current pandemic. You will be challenged to apply the principles in your own lives and analyze how current national, state and local leadership are succeeding or failing by either building or diminishing trust among followers. After this module, you will be better prepared to lead in crisis.
This is a special edition Catalyst module facilitated by Tom Kolditz, director of the Doerr Institute, and is being offered in response to the current health crisis.
