Creating Psychological Safety
Mental wellness is crucial, especially when it comes to team dynamics.
Psychological safety is the shared belief held by members of a team that the team is safe for interpersonal risk taking.* Fostering this kind of safe environment requires a leader with specific attitudes, beliefs, and skills.
In this module participants will:
- Reflect on their own beliefs about failure
- Learn a three-part model fostering a team culture that embodies a growth mindset
- Explore how to create a team environment that promotes innovation and risk taking
