Want to accomplish big things? You must have the skills and rapport that will garner support from others. This exploration of tactics and self will help you create momentum that will advance every aspect of your career from research to leading teams.
In this module participants will:
- Discover the foundational components of effective influence
- Explore key influence tactics
- Build self awareness around personal influence and brand
- Apply influence tactics in real-life situations
