Coaching Skills for Leaders
Cohort

Learn the coaching skills that help great leaders build stronger teams—and stronger careers

The best leaders don't have all the answers—they know how to ask the right questions.
In the Coaching Skills for Leaders Cohort, you'll learn how to coach others to think critically, solve problems, build confidence, and reach their goals. These are the same coaching techniques used by today's most effective managers, executives, entrepreneurs, and team leaders.

Through this exclusive leadership cohort, you'll develop a coaching mindset, practice internationally recognized coaching skills and receive personalized feedback from experienced coaches. You'll also gain access to unique learning experiences and leadership experts available only to cohort participants.

By the end of the program, you'll be able to lead more impactful conversations, empower teammates instead of simply directing them, and demonstrate coaching skills that set you apart in internships, research teams, student organizations, and your future career.

As an added benefit, you'll earn 15.5 International Coaching Federation (ICF) Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits, which can be applied toward the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Portfolio Path if you choose to pursue a professional coaching credential in the future.
