Be the leader the situation needs.
How aware are you of your own leadership tendencies and habits? Do you take time to understand the needs of the current situation and adapt your approach to meet the context? In this interactive module, you will identify insights into your leadership tendencies to increase your self-awareness. Additionally, you will analyze situations to practice building situational awareness and flexibility in your leadership style.
