Increase your team's productivity.
Time is a finite resource and leaders can't do it all. Leaders who delegate can increase the effectiveness of their team, increase results, and develop people in the process. During this module, you will explore your currently held beliefs about delegation, learn a three-step process for delegating effectively, and brainstorm solutions to keep the delegation from going poorly.
