Catalyst: Storytelling for Leaders

Great leaders tell stories that inspire action

Whether you're leading a team, interviewing for a job, pitching an idea, or motivating others toward a common goal, storytelling is one of the most powerful tools for influence.

In this Catalyst Workshop, you'll learn how to craft compelling stories that make your message memorable, build trust, and create buy-in. You'll explore storytelling frameworks, discover how stories shape the way people think and feel, and practice adapting your story for different audiences and situations.

By the end, you'll be equipped to use storytelling as a leadership skill that helps you connect with others, communicate with purpose, and move people from understanding to action.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Use storytelling to build credibility and trust
  • Communicate ideas in ways that inspire action and buy-in
  • Adapt stories for interviews, presentations, team leadership, and everyday conversations
  • Craft compelling narratives that connect with different audiences
  • Lead with greater influence by making messages memorable and meaningful
