Great leaders don't just present facts—they move people to act
Persuasion isn't manipulation or force; it's the art and science of helping others see what you see and want what you want.
Whether you're rallying a team, pitching a new idea, negotiating a decision, or building support for change, persuasion is one of the most essential skills a leader can develop.
In this Catalyst Workshop, you'll learn to persuade with integrity—connecting with others authentically, appealing to what truly matters to them, and moving people from resistance to agreement.
In this workshop, participants will:
- Distinguish genuine persuasion from manipulation and explain why ethical persuasion matters for leadership
- Apply the Persuader's Mindset to find authentic overlap between their own goals and the needs of others
- Use Moral Foundations Theory to identify what different audiences value and tailor their appeals accordingly
- Explain why emotional connection drives action more effectively than logic alone and avoid the "logic tsunami" when persuading others.
