In this Catalyst workshop, you'll learn how to create momentum from day one, establish a positive team culture, and set your team up for success.
By the end, you will know how to build trust, align your team around a shared vision, define clear expectations, and avoid the common mistakes that cause teams to lose momentum before they ever get started.
In this workshop, participants will:

- Establish team expectations, roles, and norms that set everyone up for success
- Build trust and psychological safety from the very beginning
- Develop practical strategies for leading teams with confidence—even if it's your first leadership role
