In this Catalyst Workshop, you’ll learn how to approach feedback with confidence, curiosity, and composure. Whether you’re receiving input from a teammate, professor, or supervisor, this session will help you shift your mindset, manage your reactions, and turn feedback into fuel for development.
In this workshop, participants will:
- Practical strategies to receive feedback without becoming defensive
- Tools to pause, process, and respond thoughtfully in the moment
- A framework for turning feedback into actionable growth
- Greater confidence in using feedback as a leadership advantage
