Leading with Confidence and Humility
Leaders ARE SURE.
Leaders must exhibit confidence but also understand that they don't know everything. In this group session, you will explore what it takes to "walk the fine line" between imposter syndrome and overconfidence.
In your group you will:
- Explore what it means to be a confident leader
- Reflect on your ability to be a confident leader, while admitting that you don't have all the answers
- Set a goal on how you can increase your confidence and humility as a leader
- Create a leader development plan
- Coach each other through road blocks and barriers
Group Options
Select an option that best fits your schedule.
- In Person (first year undergraduates only)
- Wednesdays at 5:00-6:30 p.m. CST
- Dates: 2/7, 2/14, 3/6, 3/20, 4/3
- Virtual (all undergraduates and graduates)
- Thursdays at 5:00-6:30 p.m. CST
- Dates: 2/15, 2/22, 3/7, 3/21, 4/4
