Leading with Agility
Leaders ADAPT.
Leaders must have the skills to assess circumstances and create solutions quickly. In this group coaching experience, explore your leadership approach and set a goal on how to rapidly and gracefully adapt to different situations.
In your group you will:
- Explore what it means to be an agile leader
- Reflect on your ability to adapt to situations
- Set a goal on how you can increase your agility in leadership roles
- Create a leader development plan
- Coach each other through road blocks and barriers
Group Options

- In Person (all undergraduates and graduates)
- Tuesdays at 5:00-6:30 p.m. CST
- Dates: 2/6, 2/13, 3/5, 3/19, 4/2
- Virtual (all undergraduates and graduates)
- Thursdays at 5:00-6:30 p.m. CST
- Dates: 2/15, 2/22, 3/7, 3/21, 4/4
