Leading with Courage
Leaders STEP UP.
Leaders must have the capacity and willingness to experiment with new and innovative ideas. In this group session, you will explore your relationship with courage and identify areas in your life where you'd live and lead more fearlessly.
In your group you will:
- Explore what it means to be a courageous leader
- Reflect on your ability to exhibit courage
- Set a goal on how you can increase your courage in leadership roles
- Create a leader development plan
- Coach each other through road blocks and barriers
Group Options
- In Person (first year undergraduates only)
- Wednesdays at 5:00-6:30 p.m. CST
- Dates: 2/7, 2/21, 3/6, 3/20, 4/3
