Undergraduate & Graduate Group

The Doerr Institute's Synthesis Group Coaching program offers a unique platform where undergraduate and graduate students come together to enhance their leadership skills and learn from each other’s diverse perspectives.

By participating in this program, students benefit from:

  • Cross-Level Peer Learning: Engage in dynamic interactions with both undergraduate and graduate peers, fostering a rich exchange of ideas and experiences that broaden leadership perspectives.
  • Diverse Insights: Leverage the unique strengths and viewpoints of a mixed group to tackle complex leadership challenges, benefiting from the varied academic and professional backgrounds of all participants.
  • Expert Coaching: Receive guidance from an experienced coach who provides customized feedback and support, helping each student navigate their individual leadership journey.
  • Networking and Mentorship: Build meaningful relationships with fellow students and coaches, creating a supportive network that bridges the gap between different academic levels and professional experiences.

Synthesis includes:

  • Group coaching sessions with 5-10 peers
  • Led by a professional coach
