Team Foundations
Will you be ready to lead a team when called?
In our volatile, and uncertain world, teams are being asked to solve increasingly challenging problems. Leaders must have the basic foundations for team effectiveness to succeed.
In this module participants will:
- Learn how to communicate a clear and compelling vision, create measurable goals and track team progress
- Evaluate the effectiveness of a team that they currently lead and identify opportunities for growth

- Thursday, February 6th 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Please note this Catalyst module will take place in-person and you must attend both sessions.
