In our volatile, and uncertain world, teams are being asked to solve increasingly challenging problems. Leaders must have the basic foundations for team effectiveness to succeed.
In this module participants will:
- Learn how to communicate a clear and compelling vision, create measurable goals and track team progress
- Evaluate the effectiveness of a team that they currently lead and identify opportunities for growth
