Building Psychological Safety
Psychological safety is foundational for great teams.
Amy Edmondson, defines psychological safety as the shared belief held by members of a team that the team is safe for interpersonal risk-taking. It makes perfect sense, but fostering this environment requires a leader with specific attitudes, beliefs, and skills. In this module, participants will reflect on their own beliefs about failure and explore a three-part model for fostering the psychological safety needed to accomplish strong outcomes.
