Stephanie Taylor is the Associate Director of Leader Development at the Doerr Institute for New Leaders. Stephanie oversees the hiring, training and managing of professional coaches who facilitate Doerr Institute’s multiple leader development interventions, including multi-session modules, leader excursions, and year-long learning cohorts.

Prior to joining the Doerr Institute, Stephanie was the Director of Ongoing Professional Development at Teach For America Houston where she was responsible for all professional development experiences for Teach For America Houston corps members. In her 17+ years of experience, Stephanie has coached and facilitated leader development experiences for k-12 students, teachers, administrators, entry level managers and corporate executives. 

Stephanie graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a double major in psychology and communications. She is married and is the mother of two girls, Quinn and Lucy.
