Sarah Sullivan is the Assistant Director of Training and Development at the Doerr Institute. Sarah oversees the business functions and operation of the Institute, including budgeting, finance, human resources, and procurement. Sarah also manages the CoachRICE and Leadership Stipend programs.
Before joining the team at the Doerr Institute, she worked for two years as a career counselor at the University of Tulsa. Sarah also interned in the Global Talent Management division at Corporate Walmart and was a psychological counselor at Lone Star College. She holds a MA in industrial-organizational psychology from the University of Tulsa and a MEd in counseling psychology from the University of Houston.
