Drew Hudson serves as the Program Manager for Professional Programs at the Doerr Institute for New Leaders, where he plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating operations in support of the CoachRICE program. His responsibilities include managing the participant pipeline, supporting in-person and virtual program delivery, and managing vital alumni resources to enhance the program’s long-term impact. With a keen focus on expanding programming options and improving organizational performance, Drew ensures that CoachRICE continues to meet the evolving needs of professionals seeking to elevate and expand their leadership capabilities through continuing education.
Drew Hudson is a former paratrooper and Psychological Operations team member with the United States Army. Drew’s journey into education began as a Special Projects Coordinator with the Center for Leadership Development at Ohio University. Drew later became a KIPP Teaching Fellow and AmeriCorps recipient with KIPP Texas Public Schools, where he taught Advanced Placement courses.
Throughout his career as a secondary educator, Drew has worn many hats, including Department Chair, Instructional Coach, and most recently, Executive Director of Academics at Cristo Rey Jesuit College Preparatory. He holds a Bachelor’s in Specialized Studies in Cultural Anthropology, and a Master of Education in Leadership.
