What is CoachRICE?
CoachRICE: A Leadership Coaching Program is facilitated by professionals from the Doerr Institute and uses a variety of teaching methodologies to give you a practical coaching skillset combined with the rigorous academic standards of Rice University. The CoachRICE program will train and equip you to develop your team members and high potential leaders, all while strengthening your entire organization. After successful completion of the program, participants will earn a Doerr Institute Certificate of Completion verifying completion of an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited Level One program.
CoachRICE for Professionals
- VIRTUAL OPTION next cohort coming in Spring 2023
- IN-PERSON OPTION next cohort in Fall 2023 at Rice University (Houston, TX)
- All cohorts are delivered in Standard English (U.S.)
Administered by the Jones Graduate School of Business, CoachRICE is a 105-hour Level One accredited program with the ICF and it includes concentrated learning modules, mentor coaching, and a performance evaluation. Participants will explore processes that combine collaboration, creativity, and compassion to become an agent of change for clients and organizations.
The Doerr Institute program does not accept transfer of credits from other coach training programs. Mentor coaching and performance evaluations are only available as part of the CoachRICE package.
