Developing Emotional Agility

Do you want to improve your ability to manage your emotions and increase your emotional awareness of others? In five group coaching sessions, you will learn how to identify your emotions and manage them to achieve a specific goal (individual or group related). You will also develop greater emotional awareness and empathy to accurately perceive others' emotions. Knowing how to understand and leverage the emotions of others in a productive way will help you form coalitions, motivate people into collective action, and sustain momentum over time.
