Dr. Stefanie K. Johnson is professor and thought leader on the topic of leadership. Her teaching, service, and research all focus on the intersection of leadership and diversity and inclusion. She is a fellow in the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychologists (SIOP) and the American Psychological Society (APS). She has published 60 journal articles and book chapters in outlets Journal of Applied Psychology and Academy of Management Journal and has received $3,800,000 in external grant funding from organizations such as CDC NIOSH, the Army Research Institute, and NASA. She has presented her work at over 200 meetings around the world including at the White House for a 2016 summit on diversity in corporate America.
