Donnica Mitchell currently serves as an administrative assistant for The Doerr Institute for New Leaders and has many years of administrative support experience in the areas of corporate, non-profit, and university settings. In her last position as a business services coordinator at the University of Texas at Austin, she managed an office where more than 100 continuing education students and professional development individuals would visit in a day. Aside from managing the operations for the office, Donnica played a role in the coordination of several large events such as anniversaries, staff retreats, and conventions. She created procedures to help streamline and enhance workflow for better production while enhancing a more cost-effective budget-friendly office.

Donnica's hobbies include graphic design, painting, drawing, and photography, but her all-time favorite pastime is collecting comics, action figures, statues, and movie props. She is the mother of a wonderful box turtle named Gilbert and an aunt to the best niece and nephew that are two of the greatest kids you will ever meet.
